Prices
The prices to be paid by the Buyer for all Products will be Hiteche's current selling price on the date of receipt by Hiteche of the Order, less any applicable discounts in effect at that time. All Orders will attract a delivery charge as set out on the Delivery Charges page of the Checkout.
Hiteche reserves the right to change its prices from time to time without prior notice to the Buyer. All prices in this website include all taxes.
Vouchers
From time to time Hiteche presents customers with vouchers, and these may be used/redeemed on Shop Online to reduce order values. Only one voucher may be used at a time. Vouchers must be used prior to their expiry date, and in accordance with the conditions issued with that voucher.
Stock Availability
If a Product is "out of stock" when Hiteche processes an Order, Hiteche will contact the Buyer to discuss revised delivery times or refund options.
Order Delivery And Cancellation
All Orders made by the Buyer under this Agreement must be placed using the webpages on this Site and must specify the information requested, including (but without limitation):
(a) Quantity and description of Products.
(b) The full street address to which the Product is to be delivered.
(c) Current billing address to which credit card statements are sent.
The Buyer must complete all information requested on this website and credit card payment sites for the Order to be processed by Hiteche.
EAL will not accept orders:
(b) If the Buyer does not offer to pay by one of the credit cards or PayPal listed in this website;
or
(c) If the Buyer's credit card provider or PayPal does not confirm the payment.
Hiteche will send the Buyer an e-mail acknowledging the Products ordered as soon as possible after the Buyer places an Order. If Hiteche does not accept the Buyer's Order for any reason, it will inform the Buyer by email in the same manner.
Delivery
Delivery of a Product will occur between 5-15 business days after acceptance of an Order. A Buyer cannot arrange collection of Orders from Hiteche either in-person or via alternative courier.
Once the goods have left the Hiteche warehouse, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure that your address details are correct. If selecting the courier freight method, we recommend sending the goods to your work address where someone is present to take delivery of your order.
A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the Products, Hiteche's delivery agent will leave an "unable to deliver" card at the address and the Buyer should follow the directions on that card to obtain delivery of the Products.
Hiteche reserves the right to make partial delivery of an Order. Please check the delivery address prior to placing order, once an order leaves our warehouse, we are unable change or redirect the delivery address.
Payment
Payment for Products purchased from Hiteche via the Site can be made only by VISA or MasterCard credit cards via the credit card gateway or via PayPal using Visa or MasterCard credit cards or via the PayPal system using Visa, MasterCard or funds transfer payment methods.
Credit card information submitted by the Buyer will be verified by the credit card provider or PayPal, and the Buyer will be advised if their Order has been accepted. The Buyer agrees to submit to Hitechesuch information as may be reasonably requested by Hiteche or the credit card provider for the authorization and verification of its credit card purchases.
Cancelling An Order
If the Buyer wishes to cancel an Order prior to shipment, the Buyer must contact Hiteche Shop Online and Hiteche will endeavour to accommodate the Buyer's request provided the merchandise has not been shipped.
If the Buyer's entire order is cancelled prior to shipment Hiteche will apply a credit to the Buyer's credit card and may also apply a cancellation fee.
If an Order has already shipped Hiteche's Incorrect Ordering of Consumables & Other Items procedure listed below will apply.
Dead On Arrival (DOA)
If the Buyer believes that a Product is DOA, they must contact Hiteche Technical Support ,report the DOA status and discuss the fault. If EAL considers the Product to be DOA, it will issue a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) Number and will send a DOA label, consignment note and return instructions to the Buyer.
Hiteche will pay the freight cost associated with the return of a DOA Product, provided that the Buyer uses the Hiteche nominated freight carrier. Hiteche will deliver a replacement Product to the Buyer promptly upon receipt of a product that it considers to be DOA.
Freight Methods
Hiteche will arrange delivery of all Products to the Customer using its nominated freight carriers.
A Buyer must not arrange its own courier to collect the Products from Hiteche.
Incorrect Ordering Of Consumables & Other Items
The Trolley Compatibility checking screen allows the confirmation of Trolley consumable items with compatible printers and main unit products to ensure that Buyers have ordered the correct consumables or options for their printer or main unit. Should a Buyer continue to select an incorrect consumable or item and then wish to return it, a $15 re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund provided the returned items are in new condition with their original unopened packaging.
Before returning an incorrect consumable, the Buyer must Hiteche and obtain from Hiteche a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and return instructions. At its own cost, the Buyer must return the consumable to Hiteche within thirty (30) days after receiving the RMA Number.
Incorrect Supply Of Order
If due to a warehouse or other error on the part of Hiteche, the Buyer receives a Product which does not conform to its Order, the Buyer must contact Hiteche within 7 days of receipt of the Product and may purchase a replacement Product from the Site, after returning the original Product to Hiteche, provided that the returned Product is in new condition with its original packaging unopened.
Before returning a Product, the Buyer must obtain from Hiteche a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and return instructions.
Products Damaged In Transit
Claims for alleged damage to Products caused in transit from Hiteche to the destination specified by the Buyer must be notified to Hiteche as stated below within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and the consignment note must be marked as "Received Damaged".
Delivery Outside Australia
Hiteche is able to accept Orders or deliver to addresses in USA, Australia and other countries.
Outside USA and Australia a freight charge will apply.
Amendment Of Terms And Conditions
Hiteche may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Buyers should therefore periodically visit this page to familiarise themselves with any such revisions.
NON - Hiteche Product Warranty
Non-Hiteche products will be covered by that specific manufacturer's warranty, terms and conditions. Please refer to the manufacturer's website for their specific warranty conditions.
